|Fighter Cookies| AKA No-Bake Protein Cookies

Hey guys, gals and everyone else!

ย I did some baking (kind sorta…staywithme) today after I went to the gym. The irony is strong I know. BUT I thought I’d share what I whipped up. Now full disclosure, the original recipe is from my step-mom Rebecca, she makes these for my dad. (Everyone say hi to my Dad and Rebecca!) My Dad has a serious love for Reese’s peanut butter cups, and that’s basically what these cookies are. I took the basic recipe and added a couple things! Hope you enjoy!

5 things I’ve learned about myself from blogging

Hey guys, gals and everyone else!

To blog or not to blog! What a silly question really…. I started blogging because my college graduation was looming on the horizon, and I could already feel my soul becoming lost and confused. (I actually covered this in a ‘why I blog’ post awhile back. Oh how much has changed.)I sat with a degree that I loved learning about, but that I wasn’t sure I wanted to work towards for the rest of my life. I knew I loved design, and writing, and deadlines. So I decided…I’ll start a blog…and this is what I’ve learned from that one little thought.

Hey guys, gals, and everyone else!

ย ย  Being a lifestyle blog can be weird. Bloggers constantly tell you “you have to have a niche!” or “Post about whatever you heart tells you too!”. Then add in social media and it seems like your streams are all over the place. For the record I’m pro-blog all the topics, and you can find out why here. Every social media outlet is different, but Instagram is probably the most lifestyle-blogger friendly. You can capture this potential pretty easily with these tips!

March Monthly Challenge #MuscleMarch

March is about to be here…like it’s right around the corner. Do you know what that means?! It’s spring time! Okay, for AZ it’s been spring since about February 1st, but that’s besides the point. March is when it’s warm enough to wear shorts, but cool enough to not die while hiking.
