I’ve got a surprise for you! FabFitFun sent me their fall box to review, and it has a ton of goodies in it! If you don’t know FFF is a subscription box, but it comes seasonally. You pay a little bit more at $49.99 but get a ton of full size stuff for a $200 value! But don’t worry I’ve got a coupon code 😉 It’s all centered around fitness, beauty, and being an awesome you! I’m super stoked I got the fall box because guess what…I love fall! Well what we consider fall..because I had to drive around to find a park that actually had leaves on the ground. GAH. Keep reading to see what’s in this season’s box!
Anyone else an oily girl? As in…an essential oils girl? If you’ve been with me for awhile you’ll remember my review on this nifty product. I was just a beginner when I posted that, but somehow I have found myself on the edge of jumping into a pool of essential oils! Okay, not really, but Alexander’s mom did open my eyes to the many uses of them. So I thought I would share! I should note I do not endorse using essential oils in any way to replace your medicine. You should always talk to a doctor about that sort of thing.
Hey guys, gals, and everyone else!
Full disclosure, the first time I wrote the title for the blog I spelled first F R I S G. So you could say it’s been an interesting day. BUT Alexander (who you’ll remember from this adorable post), Brittany and I signed up for our first 5k and it’s fast approaching! Kind of fitting with the Olympics happening right now right? Anyway! Keep reading to see my thoughts on starting running, matching shirts, and charity opportunities!
I’m going to guess if you have boobs and are between the ages of 10-80 that you have a bra by Victoria’s Secret. If not, you’ve most likely seen a store or commercial for this infamous lingerie and clothes outlet. I have to tell you two things, and I swear they connect this time. 1. You’re wearing the wrong size bra. 2. Victoria’s Secret (and many other stores) are sizing you incorrectly on purpose. Wait! you say…How can this be? I shall tell you my child, come and take a seat.
Hey guys, gals,and everyone else!
I’ve started running…or at least incorporated it with my workouts. Shocking..I know. I’ve always been less than athletic, and so finally enjoying running is a big deal for me! So I thought I’d put together some fitness and beauty items I’ve been loving lately!
I’m pleased to welcome a guest blogger! Samantha has a wonderful fitness-based site called Ripped.me, and wanted to share her knowledge with us! I love her message of making sure our bodies are healthy and happy so they can take us into the future! Let’s welcome her to the staywithme family shall we? 🙂
Stay Sunny ❤
Health is a delicate thing and all too often we jeopardize it in pursuit of pleasure, comfort and indulgence. People who are filled with confidence have not won a genetic lottery— they have their own determination and commitment to thank. It is about the choices we make on a daily basis, and decisions that allow us to make a positive change. Do not allow today to become another defeat, fill it with small victories and turn the tide in the war for a better, healthier life.
I did some baking (kind sorta…staywithme) today after I went to the gym. The irony is strong I know. BUT I thought I’d share what I whipped up. Now full disclosure, the original recipe is from my step-mom Rebecca, she makes these for my dad. (Everyone say hi to my Dad and Rebecca!) My Dad has a serious love for Reese’s peanut butter cups, and that’s basically what these cookies are. I took the basic recipe and added a couple things! Hope you enjoy!
Okay…I admit they kinda look bleh. But I swear they’re delicious!
