Hey guys, gals, and everyone else!
March is about to be here…like it’s right around the corner. Do you know what that means?! It’s spring time! Okay, for AZ it’s been spring since about February 1st, but that’s besides the point. March is when it’s warm enough to wear shorts, but cool enough to not die while hiking. I haven’t done a Monthly challenge in a while (If you guys remember my #Juneversion), and I’m super excited about this one!
So what is #MuscleMarch you ask? It’s actually super simple. #MuscleMarch is a workout a day for the month of March. It can be anything as simple as yoga or a walk around the block! The idea is just to get used to moving, and making exercise a part of your daily routine.
My bestfriend Brittany’s birthday is in March, and as a late present we’re going to Country Thunder in April. Don’t worry she already knows 😉 So this also doubles as an accountability project for me to get in shape! Brenna and Brittany are also joining me on this challenge!
